The whole problem is only the owner seems to be speaking out and of course he isnt going to say anything to make him look guilty in anyway. It is one of those things where people are going to be sided on how they feel, i feel they are all at fault i sure wouldnt have 37 odd dogs running around and expect no trouble at some stage of course that doesnt make it right for what the other guy did.
The Auckland SPCA has announced it will be proceeding with charges for those involved in the killing of 33 dogs in Wellsford.
The dogs were killed in a shooting spree early last week. The SPCA has been investigating whether the deaths were humane.
Executive director Bob Kerridge says it is clear from investigations, including necropsy reports and witness interviews, the dogs suffered considerable pain and distress in their execution.
He says they cannot tolerate the killing of animals in this fashion and charges must be brought
