The INS or USCIS were pretty good for the first few times I had to deal with them. They sure dropped the ball on this one though.
Oh well, I already carry two passports so it's not something I absolutely need to do I suppose, although my ex-USAF husband would LOVE me to swear allegiance to Old Glory with my hand on my heart and a tear in my eye...
