Nice! It is a nightmare when you move into a new place when renting but i have always found after the first scratch your over it :-). Im not saying that with no respect to the owner but no home that's lived in doesn't end up with scratches and paint off here or there with little kids or big kids for that matter at some stage. All you can do is your best. Enjoy your new home.
