| it is banks pennisula just 20 minutes from Christchurch. It isn't a lake, but the ocean and the walk and a beach are in a little inlet. Over looks the lyttelton harbour where all the ships come in. A beautiful place and I am so pleased we live so close to it now. Snow??? won't be seeing that in a very loooonngggg time hun!!!!
