We have a person that repeats everything back to the boss but every now and then we set the person up so so we can watch them fall flat on their face.

The stooly in our midst is a complete doofus. We tried to include him in our conversations as he is very withdrawn and shy (or so we thought). So you try to make him feel comfortable, chat amongst ourselves and share gossip etc...and off he runs to tell "teacher"

He looks for all the world like Boofhead and he acts like it too.
