I did some past life regression through hypnosis about three years ago and that was ... eye opening! I sounded like a real sh*t in my past life :) That was also like a movie playing out. You're IN the movie and WATCHING it at the same time.
It certainly helped explain my current dislike of the sea and of sharp knives. GULP :(

Many people don't believe we have a past life but i do, i don't see how strange it can be to believe that we are born once so why is it impossible to be born again. What do they call it when you go somewhere for the first time yet you have seen it before?

When I did my "regression" I was a naval officer in around 1787. I even got the name of the ship. Loads of other details (my own name, children, my wife and where we lived) but the *really* fascinating thing was, I later researched the ship online and discovered there actually existed a vessel with that name based in the area I'd "seen" and in the exact time period.
Nice to get some corroboration (if not real proof) of the information.

I should preface this with some people will be firmly convinced it's all BS. And that's fine, we really need to be sceptical about any claims that seem fantabulous. I'd already done self hypnosis over the years, so I knew some of the details already. I found it quite easy as I do already believe in reincarnation. Your mileage may vary :)
Basically, in regression, you just go back, back, back....and then you reach the point BEFORE you were born *this time around*.
I guess rather than post all the details here, if anybody wants a transcript of the hypnosis or has more questions, just PM or email me.
