| After the floods I was talking to a lady from Newcastle,(Marilyn) her Dad lives in Warwick, about 2 hours from here, she came up and i drove her to visit her Dad because his house was partially flooded, she went back to Newcastle and we have stayed in touch, recently I have been chatting with a lady from Lismore and we met and have decided to keep seeing each other(Heather). Heather got a message from a friend of hers about his new lady, so she gave him some advice.. Marilyn sent me a message to tell me she met someone but wasn't sure what he really thought, so i was talking to Heather about it, and turns out that Marilyns new man is the guy that Heather knows... hahahaha

things are finally going my way, I have been saving for some land, and put a deposit down earlier this year only to find I need 20% deposit...not 5% like the real estate told me, hopefully by August I'll have enough....but you only need 5% for house and land, so will go that way instead... and Heather has been talking about helping me build the house...woohoo
