Well been using it seriously for two days now and i was a very heavy smoker i would almost go as far as saying im a chain smoker, well anyway im down to 8 smokes a day now so does it work ? yes or at least for me it is.....so far. Even after a meal it stops the crave for a smoke.

I'm looking forward to trying these...anything that makes the process easier.
I tried some 'wonder tablets' here...but they made me so ill, I couldn't keep taking them.

| my brother went to the doctor to get a prescription for those pills, and the doctor told him that he has to see a psychiatrist for an assessment first!!! surely the fact that my brother went to the doctor, knowing he wouldnt be able to go cold-turkey like i did, to say he needed help to quit smoking, would be enough, but nooooo.... i suggested maybe he should try those patches.

Well done! I also hope you can stick at it because i agree you would be far better off without the smokes! I would never put anybody down that does smoke but its better for your heath all round. Keep up the good work!

there may be some serious side effects with some quit smoking programs. One I can think of is Chantrix. There have been some people who have become suicidal from taking chantrix..perhaps that is why they required him see a psychiatrist first, to assess their mental stability....
thank goodness they didn't check dahls that way first....only kidding dahls lol

Funny ha ha you will keep ! Im still smoking but still cut right down they say it takes about 2 weeks to get use to this and i can see why, when the battery starts to run low its harder to use so i went back to the normal ciggy's but now i know what im doing i think i will stick to it :-)

but if you look at the fact that you won't...or should I say, shouldn't be buying cigarettes at the same time as using this machine, then it is not costing you anymore or much more, depnding on how much you spend on cigarettes....
If it doesn't work, then you are no more out of pocket than if you had smoked all the cigarettes you would have bought. You still have nothing for something lol...

It does cost a lot more than smoking the one we got cost $160, yer there are cheaper ones but this one seemed the better one but who knows and we got 2 in the kit not one, then the cost of the thingos dont know what they are called but they are not cheap and they need replacing all the time.
