| That sucks big time, that's for sure. I don't know why here in the US, flights are always overbooked, everytime we fly it's a nightmare. We've never had an issue, but I see so many people stressed to the max who were booked on a flight (with a connecting flight to follow) being told they don't have a seat. What's worse is the customer service at the airlines is just horrible. Staff don't care and are down right rude. Sorry to hear it happened to the boss....
