CHEESE BALL

Great at parties served with crackers.

250g cream cheese, 1 cup grated tasty cheddar cheese, 1 pickled onion finely chopped, 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley, 2 Tbsp finely chopped gherkin (pickle) 1 Tbsp tomato sauce (ketchup) 1 tsp worcestershire sauce, few drops of tobasco, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, or cornflakes works well too

Combine cheeses in a bowl, Add pickled onion parsley gherkin tomato, worstershire sauce and tobasco, and paprika. Beat well to combine. Shape into a large ball. Roll in chopped walnuts (or cornflakes) until well covered. Wrap and chill until firm.
