Hoagie Rolls

chuck tender roast

onions sliced

mushrooms sliced

swiss, muenster & pepperjack cheese slices

***************************************

Freeze the meat until almost frozen.  Slice paper thin and then set aside. Slice onions & mushrooms.

Heat oil, place meat, onion & mushrooms until just cooked, drain juice from pan and place back on heat.  Place slices of cheese over top of meat mixture.  When just melted, mix it around so the cheese is well encorporated.  Pile high onto the hoagie rolls and eat...
