4 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoons sugar powdered mustard
pinch salt
dash pepper
3/4 cup cream
1/3 cup lemon juice
1&1/3 cup finely diced celery
1 large granny smith apple finely diced
Dissolve sugar with a tad of hot water, place sugar mustard salt & pepper in small container.
Whip cream till firm.
Using fork mix 3/4 of lemon juice to cream, taste to see if you can taste the lemon add more juice if needed
Add all ingredents together and pop in the fridge till nice and cool.
