as many potatoes as you want.
1 whole cauliflower
1 bag of frozen corn kernals (not canned)
diced ham
1 onion
garlic
1 tub sour cream
1 8oz ? bag of grated cheese
salt & pepper

Peel potatoes and boil with cauliflower, onion and garlic.  When cooked, blend to a puree or chunky, however you like it.  Add the ham, corn, cheese, sour cream & salt and pepper.  How runny or thick you want it is up to you...if you want it soupier than what it is, add some chicken stock if you have it.

Serve with piping hot bread...

I don't have anymore left silly...I made it last week, just forgot to post it...I will be making some more sometime this week, and will post a pic of it then.  I may add some chipotle chillis for a bit of spice in the next batch....
