1 onion sliced
1 cloved of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup of salami, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup red wine
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
Use whatever pasta you like
Fry the onion and garlic in the oil. Add the salami and cook for 2 mins. Stir in tomato and wine and season if desired, simmer for 6 mins.
Stir in chopped basil and then stir through your favourite pasta.
