I did this recipe and its great! When my husband asks if there is anymore you know its good. Even looks great when dished up looks like something that took a lot of work yet so simple.

If you want something different instead of the bell peppers try bacon, i made it with bacon the other night and boy oh boy it was good but what i did was i hammered the chicken till it was real real thin then spread the mixture over the chicken very hard but can be done and rolled it up, so even if it tears it doesnt matter that much.

I put bacon in it when the inlaws where here and everybody was searching for seconds.  Just adding different things each time, changes up the flavour a little but still keeps the base flavour that is also yummy, thanks again for this one Dahls...keep them coming!!!!  c0096
