Because thats a direct link to the actual AFL/NRL channel (it'll only work when they are playing and the game is on), you need to find out when the games are ebing played in Oz and convert it back to your relevant time. If the game was on at say 7.45am Friday night in Victoria, it would mean I was up watching it at 5.45am on Friday morning. I always logged on to the Site about 15 mins before the game started.
Hey, you have to be keen and no one said it was easy!!!!
Have some thought for me.... 2.30pm game times in WA had me up from 2.30am till around 5am and I've done this all season!
The Semis are this weekend Cats vs Pies and Bulldogs vs Saints and the following week its the GF. Check the official AFL website for game times.

| MHZ, which is free-to-air thru our local PBS station (in NE Ohio that's Ch 45.3) has Aussie Rules at 9pm on Monday night, and highlights on Friday night. Last year there was tri-nations something (maybe Rugby Union?) broadcast as well ... It was played in the UK so aired live (I believe) in early afternoon. MHZ has a web site - MHZnetworks.org. There may be programming info avail there
