My Medicare card has run out, Im going home Nov 4th. I tried to email them on the Medicare site, its come back to me as an unlisted site!!!! I have also downloaded the voter enrolement form for outside Australia, so Im hoping that wont be a problem...
Anyone got any clues?wave

I took myself off the electoral role when i came over but havent done anything about medicare yet .
How long are you going for Austy.? I am getting so excited and its 29 days to go.

I took myself off the electoral role to save hassles going back if I had not voted. Did not want to be hit with fines etc.
I also renewed my medicare card when I was home last time so it is good until 2011. Plan is to be home again in 2009 when Joey is an RN and finished school.

I also took myself off the electoral role, s for the medicare problem did you try this site at all.

I didn't look all the way but i see there is a place to update your history so maybe you can do it there, if its a different site have a look and see if it helps you out.

| Oh, that was the same one....and it says it will send my password to my current mailing address. Well thats useful.... *please make sure Medicare has your current mailing address* I think I will just have to wait till I get home....Silly buggers...
