what do you suggest?  they are both taking it in turns to throw up, I don't seem to be able to sit down for very long because one child wants one thing then the other wants something else...and yes, my husband can act like a child when he's sick hahaha...

He has fever and chills, nausea and tummy ache, Emily has projectiles on occasion but no tummy ache fever or chills.

What do you suggest to cure them of this illness, or to put them to sleep so I can get a break?

I was just seeing what funny response sabs would come up with...Dennis' tummy has settled down from the nausea, but he still hurts all over and has the runs..but I sent him to work anyway hahaha...

Emily is back to normal so far.

I have come down with a cough..hope it's just something in the air, although it's feeling kind of scratchy...boohoo..

onions can help with various things...but one of the members here didn't follow my instructions to a tee and ended up with pieces stuck in her ear...and now it has become the running joke lol...

onions definitely help with digestive problems.  If you have a lot of congestion, sauted onions in olive oil and honey will help to break up phlegm.  If one has an ear infection, cut an onion in half, then scoop out the centre of the onion, and place it over the ear, will help to draw out the infection and relieve pain.

Also, saute onion, garlic in olive oil, STRAIN, and place drops in ear to help rid of infections, soften earwax etc....

it's just become a funny joke since I bought a book on food cures and onion is a cureall for so many things....

but don't hesitate to call on me if you need a food cure for anything at all hahaha...

Now that is a load of crap if ever ive heard it h0099, you told me to put an onion on my ear that was it nothing more ( so the story i remember went and thats what you just said )so i was trying to do things with an onion on my ear and you just cant do it without wrapping something around it to keep it there.
I thought the onion would drain whatever it was out, dont ask for any help from her she will having you looking like a clown and not wanting to leave the house for a month.

Love ya Den but gee you have tried to kill me off a few times im sure of it h0099h0099h0099
