I'm new to using FF, and I need to know how to clear my temporary internet caches...

Is it the section in clear private data "caches" ?  I also want to clear my search history, but don't want to clear any info I may have typed in forms....etc, because I don't want to have to retype the stuff all in again, in case it wipes out what was already saved....

I just used the control panel to do it Dahls..finally found it minutes before I began working lol...thanks for suggesting that..I can be such a duhhhhh at times...don't respond to that if you value your life lol...
