Thanks for the suggestions I forgot about Mt Cootha (been here to long)
I suggested I take them to Australia Zoo but they didnt seem interested because of the price to go in as one lady is on a tight budget but when they get there we might be able to talk her into it.
Mt Gravatt lookout is another good one thanks.
I would go to Oxley but........ both of these ladies are good christian church going women (not me ) and I dont think they would understand the language ha ha ha.
I thought a trip on the water taxi to Straddie would be good and I am going to visit Mum's grave at Bribie so that will be nice.
Any way they will love what ever I show them They are so excited about it all.

I must be old.. I remember having a passport to go to Bribie... I think it was something that Mobil or Shell was doing... that was when it was a Toll bridge...

Geez you must be old
I thought I was oldest on this site.
I can remember when the only way to get to Bribie was to carch a ferry from Circular Quay at the end of Queen Street.
We used to go there then for a day out at the beach ...now thats old.
