I take it you couldn't get back in? if so can you please tell me what the problem was as Kate's not able to get back in for some reason.
I thought it was just her having problems with her computer but that's not the case.

Also if they say its not on there end send me or hubby a pm and we will send you the info on how to do a trace, this will tell you just where its stopping.
It sounds for sure that it has to be her service provider and i know it can be hard to get them at times to say yes it is on our end but with the trace they have no choice but to say well yes it is (if of course its stopping somewhere).

 I didn't know a thing, i couldn't get in for a couple of days so gave it a miss i thought the site was gone till i went to Aussie Products and gave the link another go.
Shows i need to read the posts.
