2 lb lean ground beef

1 yellow bell pepper finely chopped

2 cups mushrooms finely chopped

1 carrot grated

1 stick of celery grated

2 cloves garlic finely chopped

4 tbsp steak sauce

salt, pepper and 4 tbsp oil

****************

Saute the bell pepper, carrot, celery & garlic in oil.  8-10 minutes

Add mushrooms, cook another 8-10 minutes

take off the heat and cool

add vegetable mixture to ground beef and steak sauce, salt & pepper

shape into patties and fry 3-5 minutes each side.

For mine, I put them on hamburger buns on a bed of lettuce, tomato, sliced pickled beets, and melted a piece of chipotle smoked cheese over the patties whilst cooking the other side.   This melted the cheese yummily lol
