OK am going out on a limb here. There are people seated up there so I am guessing it is a restaurant up in the sky!! Originated from France LOL

Or if they are not eating they are playing cards or something like that LOLscratchchin

You got it Sabby...it's called Dinner in the Sky.  It originated in Brussels, Belgium.

You can book private parties for this restaurant.  You take a seat, and then are hoisted by a crane wherever you wish to eat lol...they have a few around Europe now.. The chefs and waiter work in the middle of the table...meaning the table wraps around the cooking area..

I swear (figuratively speaking) that was a ruddy good guess as that is exactly what it was. Did not google coz I WAS too lazy but saw the people sitting there and thought of that idea hahahahahahahaha
